Written Statements of Terms & Conditions of Employment or Employment Contracts
The Employment Rights Act 1996 makes it a statutory requirement that all employees
must, within 2 months of the commencement of their employment, be issued with a written
statement of their principle terms and conditions of employment. The Employment Right
Act sets out the mandatory terms that should be included in this statement. Either
included in the written statement or issued as separate documents, but still within
two months of the commencement of employment, an employee must be issued with copies
of the employers disciplinary and grievance polices and procedures.
RGE Solutions
can tailor a Written Statement of Terms and Conditions of Employment or Employment
Contracts to meet your precise requirements, ensuring legal compliance.
Company Handbooks
RGE Solutions Ltd can draft an Employee Handbook specific to the requirements of
your Company.
No two Companies are the same. Whilst some policies and procedures are required by
law, others are specific to the requirements of the Company. To some companies a
policy in respect to the use of company vehicles may be essential. To a company producing
computer software, specific policies in respect of Internet use and conflict of interest
may be essential.
