The Institute of Paralegals

I am a fellow of the Institute Of Paralegals, (Membership No. 207603) and as such adhere to the Code of Conduct issued by them.

The Institute is recognized by UK Government; however, there is no regulatory body that governs paralegal work. In the interests of promoting the paralegal profession I am committed to respecting the Institute, it’s Code of Conduct and its Disciplinary Procedures as if it were an official regulator.

Complaints

I am committed to providing you with excellent service on a low cost, fixed fee basis*. If you are unhappy for any reason with the service, I provide I will take all appropriate steps to rectify the situation to your satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied you may complain in writing to the Secretariat of the Institute Of Paralegals that may impose Disciplinary Procedures upon me should I have broken my obligations to you.
